About The Position

As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service in a retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Schedule Saturday 9am - 5pm Sunday 10am - 4pm

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
• Knowledge of retail math concepts such as calculating discounts and sales prices
• Must have a clean background, credit check and can pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Assist customers in finding products and making recommendations based on their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to complete sales transactions efficiently
