As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the ‘Wow’ in Wawa by greeting and serving customers. This role is part of a beloved brand committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter.

Requirements

  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a pro.
  • Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
  • Prepare food items such as delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas as well as keeping the coffee station clean and organized.
  • Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, as well as assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
  • Ensure stores are well-stocked and that shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
  • Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.
