This position is full time (37.5 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 12 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule. Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems, OR 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
  • Basic proficiency with Windows computer applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Ability to work full time (37.5 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

  • Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone
  • Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
  • Respond to complex customer calls
  • Resolve customer service inquiries which could include:
  • Benefit and Eligibility information
  • Billing and Payment issues
  • Customer material requests
  • Physician assignments
