A Customer Service Associate for our Sona Compounding team who is equally as thoughtful and gracious as they are upbeat, positive, and outgoing!

Requirements

• Willingness to go above and beyond
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Cashier's experience in a community pharmacy preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of over-the-counter products and pharmacy operations

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients on the phone, via text-messaging, and in person at the in-store pickup location with prescriptions, over-the-counter (OTC) medications, and special orders
• Organizing pickups, deliveries, and shipments, and resolving pending issues
• Assisting with inventory and out-of-date management of OTC items
• Flexible participation in all aspects of the fulfillment process as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting patients with inquiries and referring them to a pharmacist when necessary
• Ensuring the register balances after cash, check, and credit transactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, stocking retail items, performing daily inventory maintenance, and keeping the pharmacy neat and organized
• Ensuring up-to-date patient information is on file and maintaining HIPAA patient confidentiality
