Requirements
- Strong customer service, verbal and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Dependable Transportation
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Previous work experience in contracting and material supply is a plus
- NetSuite experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls
- Accurately ticket trucks upon arrival
- Process Payment transactions
- Assist Sales team by answering customer inquiries and directing each call appropriately
