Perform a variety of customer accounting activities. Investigate and respond to customer inquiries regarding account or service issues. Provide general administrative duties in the efficient and safe operations of the office. Effectively utilize specialized computer systems (CIS). Perform general clerical duties as assigned, such as, data entry, filing, maintaining records. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years - customer service, billing and spreadsheet creation for monitoring processes.
  • High School Diploma, HSED, or GED.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Adobe.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests: communicate technical information to customers, contractors and crews for new services. Obtain additional information and forward to appropriate parties.
  • Support field personnel.
  • Process work requests: process paperwork, process billings.
  • Communicate with various parties in job planning.
  • Effectively utilize specialized computer applications dealing with customer billing.
  • Prepare correspondence as required.
