About The Position

The Customer Service Associate supports customers by answering questions, providing order updates, and helping resolve issues promptly. You’ll work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using customer support tools and basic spreadsheets
  • Professional and reliable with strong follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide order status updates and basic product information
  • Enter customer requests and updates into the system accurately
  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales for issue resolution
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate customer notes
  • Support returns, replacements, or service requests as needed
