About The Position

Customer Service Associates play a pivotal role in creating lasting impressions on all customers entering and leaving our store. They cultivate a positive and vibrant atmosphere throughout the store while assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering guidance on products and services. This position requires a blend of customer service expertise, sales acumen, and a solid understanding of audio-related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers across all store areas, providing basic information and seamlessly transitioning customers to sales representatives.
• Process various transactions accurately, including customer returns/exchanges, cash/credit card/check payments, Printique photograph shipments, process rental equipment pick-up/drop off, used item requests, buy online pick-up in store orders, and Pro Service orders.
• Manage incoming calls and emails from the off-site customer service team, addressing inquiries directly, routing calls to specialized sales team members, and maintaining consistent communication via voicemail and email.
• Follow up on paid orders awaiting pickup, coordinating with customers for pickup arrangements, cancellations, or refunds as needed.
