About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if necessary.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a customer service role.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Experience in troubleshooting customer inquiries and complaints respectfully and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of ACH processing and best practices in customer service.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and emerging trends in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and resolutions to customer issues.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in navigating our website and online resources to enhance their experience.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless support and develop solutions for complex issues.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues effectively, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Process ACH transactions and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries regarding their accounts.
  • Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
  • Maintain high response times to customer inquiries to enhance the customer experience.
