About The Position

Support the Customer Service team in their management of the Company’s sales network, as well as manage administrative tasks to ensure customer deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excellent digital literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Fast typer
  • Ability to work with detail, proven math skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Review and send order verifications and order updates to representatives.
  • Assist reps with lead time inquiries, expedited order requests, tracking information, copies of invoices, and other requests.
  • Assist with pricing requests, following high priority orders.
  • Create Tickets for returns and replacements orders.
  • Obtain packing slip and freight quotes from shipping department.
  • Help configure part numbers to support the Order Management Analysts.
  • Assist reps with lead time inquiries, expedited order requests, tracking information, copies of invoices, and other requests.
