About The Position

As a customer service associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, feedback, and requests. This role is crucial in building and maintaining positive customer relationships by providing accurate and helpful information about products, services, or policies. You will address customer concerns through thorough investigations, identify underlying causes, and offer prompt and satisfactory resolutions. Key duties also include processing customer contracts, handling transactions, and managing credit applications. You will be expected to provide product or service recommendations based on customer needs, update customer records in the company database, and handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor is essential, even in challenging situations. The role may also involve performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
