The Customer Service Associate plays a critical role in delivering accurate and timely member-level transaction processing while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and contribute to operational excellence across the organization. The current employee work arrangement for this position is fully remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of Group Insurance and/or related industry products and services preferred
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with knowledge in Excel
  • Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and process improvement

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 3 years of Insurance experience
  • Experience with high-volume transaction processing

Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions—including enrollments, beneficiary changes, disbursements, termination processing, and demographic changes—while meeting turnaround time standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain performance standards for accuracy, quality, and timeliness across both complex and routine transactions
  • Serve as a resource for issue resolution and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of administrative tasks
  • Support operational and strategic initiatives that drive process improvements and enhance customer experience
