The Customer Service Associate works as a member of the store sales team to lead a positive customer and brand experience and promote sales. The Customer Service Associate is responsible for running registers as well as working to maintain sales floor, visual standards and processing goals. The Customer Service Associate delivers customer service with respect, dignity, and builds loyalty to the Retrospect brand. The position is a member of the Retail Team. Understands vintage and current trends.
