We’re looking for someone to join our team at MagnaWave in a customer support/front desk role. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a team that jumps in to help each other—this could be a great fit. This is a full-time, in-office position located at 2208 Plantside Dr, Louisville, KY 40299, Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with benefits and PTO. In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers—handling phone calls, emails, and front desk interactions. You’ll help answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure every interaction is a positive one. You’ll also work across multiple systems to keep customer information organized and up to date, while collaborating with the team to keep things running smoothly.
