Under general supervision, oversees the Service Desk operations, including, but not limited to member and guest check in/out, phone reception, point of sale transactions, towel distribution and lost and found. Service Desk operations are the central hub of the facility. Collaboratively works with all function of the Fitness Center to provide and maintain timely communication with various departments, insuring optimal customer service and efficient operations.
