As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) you are the friendly face that puts the ‘Wow’ in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. As a CSA, you are proud to be part of a beloved brand that is committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter.

  • Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
  • Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas.
  • Keep the coffee station clean and organized.
  • Operate the cash register and handle payments.
  • Activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
  • Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
  • Help keep stores clean and safe by following established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
