About The Position
The position is within the Retail Banking division, specifically in the Branch Network department, reporting to the Financial Center Manager. The role is non-exempt and falls under grade 4, with a salary range of $17.00 to $26.55. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. The primary purpose of this role is to cultivate relationships with customers and promote the Bank's products and services through conversations and referrals to bankers. The position involves performing a wide variety of customer service operations and general operational duties, including transactions for checking, savings, loans, and other assigned services. The individual will build positive customer relations as the main point of client contact and maintain a working knowledge of established policies and operating procedures.
