There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
Net Par, established in 2021 in Crown Point, Indiana, is redefining the indoor golf simulator experience with its state-of-the-art technology powered by TrackMan. Our facility allows guests to play over 200 courses, including renowned locations such as St. Andrews and Pebble Beach Golf Links. We pride ourselves on providing a warm, welcoming, and upscale atmosphere where guests feel comfortable and eager to return. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join our team and deliver exceptional 5-star customer service to our guests. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the main point of contact for our guests, playing a critical role in their experience at Net Par. Your responsibilities will include a variety of functions such as opening and closing duties, managing guest reservations, greeting guests, and assisting them in setting up their golf bays. You will also provide support with virtual golf settings and profiles, bartending, and simple food preparation. The ideal candidate will be friendly, hard-working, and a problem solver, capable of working independently. While golf knowledge is a plus, it is not a requirement for this position. It is essential that candidates are available to work weekends, as this is a busy time for our facility. You will be expected to follow all company policies and safety procedures, report any accidents or unsafe conditions to management, and complete necessary safety training and certifications. Maintaining a clean and professional appearance is crucial, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. You will be responsible for welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards. Additionally, you will need to be physically capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and more than 50 pounds with assistance. You should also be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods as required by the job.
