About The Position

Monson Savings Bank is currently seeking a full-time CSA Supervisor for our East Longmeadow Branch, located at 61 North Main Street, E. Longmeadow, MA. Position requires ability to work a flexible schedule, Monday-Saturday, varying hours between 8:15am-6:00pm, averaging 37.5 hours weekly. Must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 12:30 PM. The CSA Supervisor works u nder the general supervision of the Branch Manager and is responsible for customer service standards, supervising retail banking staff through the implementation, direction and review of policies, procedures, and regulations. Performs a variety of retail branch operations and activities, serving as a resource for branch staff and customers. Employee required to be present at work on a regular, consistent basis. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of retail banking experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent math abilities
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • computer literate, i.e., familiar with Windows environment, basic keyboard skills, spreadsheet and word processing skills
