Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior call center experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Field inbound calls and address customer questions or issues prior to their first payment due date.
  • Record customer interactions in the system with accuracy and detail.
  • Respond to callback requests and ensure proper correspondence is mailed upon requests.
  • Make occasional outbound calls to verify contract terms, application data, and repayment options.
