A day in the life. As our Customer Service Associate on the Private Client Services (Personal Lines Insurance) team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. You will work closely with our Business Insurance team providing support, which includes processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits; all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years Customer Service experience.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Two (2) years Personal Lines/High Net Worth Client experience.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Experience working with EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
• Process policy changes, certificates, and evidence of property insurance.
• Conduct policy audits while maintaining high accuracy.
• Support the Business Insurance team.
