About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT) at an intermediate level.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm with 95% accuracy.
  • Experience with SAP ERP and CRM or other large-scale ERP/CRM tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the life sciences, medical device, or pharma industry.
  • Familiarity with Sales & Service Cloud / Case Management platforms.
  • Experience with digital telephony tools (e.g., Cisco Finesse/Jabber).

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and interact with customers through various channels.
  • Process customer orders through the full order cycle from receipt to payment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with ISO, PCI, and regulatory standards.
  • Validate account information and address discrepancies with the Data Management function.
  • Apply critical thinking to assess the accuracy and completeness of purchase orders.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure compliance with business policies.
  • Request purchase order revisions or reject non-compliant POs.
  • Clearly communicate requirements both verbally and in writing.
  • Ensure accuracy in order processing and fulfillment throughout the supply chain journey.
  • Manage open orders and monitor inventory availability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time shipment of materials.
  • Monitor customer delivery schedules and expedite orders when necessary.
  • Utilize digital systems and tools for task execution and documentation.
  • Capture and escalate customer complaints for issue resolution.
