About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Service Associate Manager to lead the Remote Client Associate Support Teams (RCAST) for Wells Fargo Advisors in the Wealth & Investment Management sector. This role focuses on supervising client associates, enhancing customer service processes, and ensuring effective support for financial advisors. The manager will be responsible for tactical decision-making, mentoring team members, and collaborating with internal partners to drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience
• 1+ years of leadership experience
• Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 66 examinations (or equivalents)

Nice To Haves

• Brokerage client support experience
• Successfully completed FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalents)
• Demonstrated change management and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to assess issues and make quick decisions
• Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients and team members
• Expert brokerage operational knowledge
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise Registered and Unregistered Client Associates
• Support Financial Advisors within the WFA footprint
• Identify opportunities for customer service improvement and policy enhancement
• Make daily supervisory and tactical decisions
• Resolve issues related to customers and colleagues
• Collaborate with internal partners and field leaders
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports
