This Customer Service position is responsible for offering support to Sales Representatives, Agents and Customers. The candidate will have to research and answer questions and work to resolve any problems with accuracy and efficiency. The goal is to provide the best possible customer experience to ensure customer retention and satisfaction being able to solve their requests on-time and always with the right information. The candidate will have to coordinate requests between different departments including Supply Chain, Sales, Pricing, Product Management and Quality. This position is categorized as flexible: 4 days in the office, 1 day virtually.
