Reporting to a Client Services Supervisor, the Parasol Partner Support Associate will work directly with end customers of our authorized integrators. This role requires the ability to carefully listen and assist end customers and our Partners in their questions. The Parasol Partner Support Associate will need to show empathy and excellent soft skills. Accurate notes and grammar are a must! This role requires someone who is motivated, experienced, and dynamic. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results. The Partner Support Specialist will perform calmly under pressure while meeting customers’ needs, have an eye for details, and excellent follow-up.
