About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities Proof reading purchase order contracts. Order acknowledgments. Answering phone calls. Scanning quotes. Preparing shipping documentation. Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, and mailing. Perform any additional duties as needed. Assist with special office projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
