Requirements

  • Must have a customer-centric, friendly, service attitude.
  • Ability to stand at register for up to 8 hours at a time to serve customers.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing).
  • Ability to stoop, bend, stretch, reach, stack, and lift inventory weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to see, differentiate and compute money.
  • Ability to hear, understand, and respond to requests and to communicate information clearly using the English language.
  • Ability to use POS (cash register and pump controls).
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be able to cooperate and get along with co-workers.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently complete customer transactions at the cash register or self-checkout stations and suggest complementary products.
  • Foster positive and professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
  • Provide courteous, frictionless, and outstanding experience for customers.
  • Communicate respectfully and maintain a consistent team-oriented attitude.
  • Address and mitigate customer concerns with a sense of urgency and involve managers as needed.
  • Adhere to all Enmarket, federal, state, and local safety-related regulations, including food safety regulations.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage offers are available.
  • Clean food preparation areas and equipment to Enmarket standards.
  • Ensure the store is clean and fully stocked to provide an outstanding guest experience.
  • Clean inside and outside of store.
  • Stock shelves and coolers.
