The Customer Service & Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to internal & external customers. This includes, but is not limited to entering orders, answering customer inquiries via phone, e-mails, and live chat, entering and processing RA's, processing change requests, maintaining the customer file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately. This position reports to the Customer Service & Sales Support Manager and is part of the Customer Service & Sales Support team located in Torrance, CA and will be an on-site role.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of PC skills in Microsoft Office and Database Management
  • Understanding of the functionalities of CRM & ERP systems
  • Strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness

Responsibilities

  • Providing customer support via phones and emails
  • Entering customer orders into CRM system
  • Entering and processing return authorizations
