Representatives in the customer care queue typically earn around $37,500+ annually, while those handling more sales-driven calls may earn $50,000+ based on results.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from existing and new customers.
  • Assist with scheduling, payments, and customer retention.
  • Convert service inquiries into sales.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on proposals or confirm service.
  • Provide price quotes, track proposals, and follow up with leads.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
  • Deliver great service with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Hit individual sales targets and support team performance goals.
