In this Customer Service & Sales Representative role, you'll support customers with scheduling and service needs - and just as importantly, you'll turn inquiries into sales and offer additional services that meet their needs. Actual earnings depend on queue assignment and individual performance. Representatives in the customer care queue typically earn around $37,500+ annually, while those handling more sales-driven calls may earn $50,000+ based on results.
Requirements
- Have at least a year of experience in customer service or sales
- Love talking to people and solving problems
- Stay calm under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced workday
- Know your way around a computer and can multitask like a pro
- Have a sales mindset - confident, goal-driven, and persistent
- Are dependable, organized, and a team player
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from existing and new customers.
- Assist with scheduling, payments, and customer retention.
- Convert service inquiries into sales.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on proposals or confirm service.
- Provide price quotes, track proposals, and follow up with leads.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
- Deliver great service with a problem-solving mindset.
- Hit individual sales targets and support team performance goals.
