Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer operations or logistics management.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead a team with knowledge of management methods and techniques.
  • Responsible with high ethical standards, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of transportation and distribution best practices.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service and logistics professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end customer order process, from order receipt to final delivery while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Coordinate and maintain order management system with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, Fermentation, and Finance) to align supply and demand.
  • Develop and implement logistic strategies to optimize transportation and distribution.
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on order status, delivery, and logistics-related issues.
  • Identify and implement technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create effective knowledge-based customer service documents including training materials, departmental procedures, and responses to customer inquiries.
  • Support Production team in maintaining schedule by communicating new orders and priorities of existing orders.
  • Aid Quality Assurance in writing Standard Operating Procedures relevant to the department.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
