The Customer Service and Event Sales Representative will serve as the face of Splash at various sales events and in-store interactions. This role focuses on engaging with customers, providing product information, and assisting with purchases while ensuring a positive customer experience. The representative will also support sales efforts by driving event participation and achieving sales goals in a dynamic environment.

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-store and at sales events.
  • Answer customer questions, provide product information, and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Actively participate in event sales by promoting products, encouraging purchases, and helping customers find what they need.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues quickly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, whether in person, at events, or through other communication channels.
  • Assist in managing event setups and logistics, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve event sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space at all times during events and in-store.
  • Ensure all customer concerns and feedback are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • No previous experience required, though customer service or sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments such as sales events.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to meet sales and customer service goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
