In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer concerns regarding overdue accounts, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy. You will be the front line of communication for customers, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and positively, and helping customers with payments or billing inquiries.
