About The Position
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Customer Service Analyst - II to join our team. The ideal candidate will represent NAL as the direct contact to external customers for the processing of orders from receipt of the order through delivery, and provide support to all NAL departments, especially manufacturing, in understanding the external customer's expectations for delivery quantity and timing.
