About The Position

At SIXT, you’ll be the star of customer engagement and vehicle management! From greeting customers with a smile to ensuring our fleet runs smoothly, you'll be at the heart of creating top-notch rental experiences. Enjoy flexible hours, endless growth opportunities, and a starting hourly of $23.25. This role involves welcoming customers upon arrival and gathering feedback, ensuring customers take all personal belongings, discreetly checking vehicles for damage, and directing any issues to appropriate channels. You will also advise customers on rental charges, provide accurate receipts, identify and tag vehicles for maintenance or grounding, and ensure they are moved to the correct location. The position requires working in various weather conditions and being willing to take on additional tasks to support business needs.

Requirements

  • You have a high school diploma or GED
  • at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • are authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
  • You possess basic computer navigation skills
  • are familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • You can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts
  • are open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane
  • You are willing to wear a company uniform

Responsibilities
