As a customer service agent you are the first impression of a passengers airport experience. Customer Service positions encompass checking in and ticketing passengers, escorting passengers to and from aircraft, and resolving customer complaints. Proficient use of a computer is needed as well as EXCELLENT customer assistance to passengers. This position requires working in a fast paced environment with time constraints to meet published departure goals. A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed by the employee. Part-Time: Sundays and Thursdays 1:30-5:30pm beginning May 14th through the month of september. Two week mandatory training M-F from 8am-4pm cst. The training is remote and a laptop with camera access is required. Training starts from April 13th-24th. Pay: $18.50
