Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English, you'll be communicating with customers constantly across chat and phone
• Personable, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
• Able to quickly identify what a customer needs and build a solution that fits
• Familiar with web hosting environments, Linux knowledge is a definite plus

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cPanel/WHM, Plesk, or DirectAdmin is a bonus
• Knowledge of platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Magento is welcome
• Some exposure to PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails is great, but not required

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and billing inquiries across tickets, live chat, and phone
• Listen to what customers need and match them to the right hosting package or plan
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process
• Coordinate migrations and follow up to ensure a smooth transition
• Consistently exceed customer expectations -- it's the standard here, not the exception
