This role requires someone who is attentive, quick to resolve issues, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, and SMS
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
Navigate multiple software systems accurately and with urgency
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
