Position Purpose The Customer Service Agent handles inbound customer service calls for the Activations department, supporting customers who have purchased prepaid corporate marketing mini-vacation packages. This role ensures customers are properly qualified, issues are resolved promptly, and tour show rates are positively impacted. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • General computer proficiency.
  • Proper phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive customer interactions professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers holding prepaid corporate marketing mini-vacation packages.
  • Requalify customers based on current corporate marketing package tour qualifications.
  • Positively influence the tour show rate through effective communication and service.
  • Resolve customer issues using a one-call resolution approach and established guidelines.
  • Maintain professional conduct and deliver high-quality service to all customers and team members.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours, report on time, and meet performance expectations.
  • Manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail.
  • Uphold a clean, courteous, professional attitude and appearance.
