Customer Service Agents (Ambassadors) and will direct, guide, and assist passengers, visitors, and all airport employees via customer service-related functions. Your workday will include providing up-to-date and accurate information and wayfinding, awareness of potential opportunities to provide this service and reporting any facility and stakeholder issues in their designated and assigned areas. Those who bring in positive energy and are eager to provide proactive assistance to our diverse passenger base will find themselves at home with us. Ideally, you would have at least a year or more of experience at an airport or large events center and feel comfortable with many fast-paced interactions among those that may require more time. You will also be able to communicate effectively with the traveling public with fluent conversational and writing skills in English with ideal candidates speaking additional languages spoken amongst our community and traveling public at Orlando International Airport: Spanish, French Creole and French, Portuguese, Arabic, German, Mandarin, and Japanese. To work you must provide necessary documentation to prove employment authorization, and for work specifically at an international airport, you will be required to provide necessary documentation and obtain clearance for an airport ID, passing any background check and drug screenings post-offer of employment.
