About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will provide superior, friendly, and efficient customer service during the rental and return processes. Utilizing company-approved sales and service techniques, you will facilitate the rental process by verifying and documenting all necessary driver information, ensuring an efficient and timely experience for our customers. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour, with the potential to earn monthly performance bonuses of up to $1,000. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be working in a union environment, and the schedule requires open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical shift times may include, but are not limited to, 2pm-10:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm. The position is located at O'Hare International Airport (ORD) in the O'Hare Multi Modal Facility at 10255 W.
