Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible schedule required, including availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent front-line service to passengers.
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers that arrive without their luggage, and re-book passengers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints.
• Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews.
• Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
