As a customer service agent you are the first impression of a passengers airport experience. Customer Service positions encompass checking in and ticketing passengers, escorting passengers to and from aircraft, and resolving customer complaints. Proficient use of a computer is needed as well as EXCELLENT customer assistance to passengers. This position requires working in a fast paced environment with time constraints to meet published departure goals. A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed by the employee. Training requirements will be mandatory Mon-Friday 9-5 in a virtual setting in station. There's several dates selected for these trainings however, the training will depends on how quickly they are able to complete self pace modules first. Looking for applicants who have availability as early as 3 AM for morning shifts, but also anyone who has open availability for late shifts as well.
