About the position
This job is for a Customer Service Advisor based in Maidstone, with the option for hybrid homeworking. The role involves providing a professional and efficient telephony service for Kent customers. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills, be a great listener, and have a problem-solving mindset. They should also be computer literate and able to operate multiple systems effectively. The role requires working in a fast-paced contact centre environment and meeting individual and team targets. The emphasis is on delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining a professional and helpful approach.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual objectives and team targets to assist in meeting the business's overall KPIs
- Deliver a high level of customer service in line with the client's quality standards
- Handle a wide range of enquiries using various service systems and processes, including complaints
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Be professional, helpful, welcoming, and pleasant to customers and colleagues
- Remain calm in all situations, with a polite and courteous manner
- Meet data protection and client requirements
