M Group is looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors based out of our Langley office. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be ensuring that all customers are dealt with in an effective, accurate and timely manner. You'll provide support to the Customer Experience Team in the daily functions of the department. Ensuring that all operations are completed, handling inbound and outbound calls. You'll be working with the Customer Experience Manager and Team Leaders to promote the profile of Morrison Water Services. Ensure any service failures or priority issues are escalated to the Customer Service Manager for action. Maintain ownership of any customer issue through to resolution. Strive to outperform personal targets, team targets and Thames Water Service Level Agreements. This is a hybrid working role working a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
