About The Position
Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is lookingfor a career-driven individual to fill a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) positionStart your career with Valvoline Instant Oil Change; apply below! As a Customer Service Advisor, you are often the first and last face our guests see. You will create lasting impressions and build loyal relationships while presenting oil change options and preventive maintenance services. No matter your experience, our training program will prepare you to communicate successfully with our guests and provide you with the skills and confidence to be exceptional under the hood. We will help you become an expert on our products, services and company knowledge.
Requirements
- Comfortable suggesting additional services to guests based on inspection and / or manufacturer and VIOC recommendations
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive face-to-face interaction with guests
- Positive, friendly attitude; customer-service mentality and the ability to be a team player
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment; demonstrates an effective sense of urgency / energy
- Fluent in English (reading / writing / speaking); Fluency in Spanish not required, but helpful
- Possesses the desire and ability to learn
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Has full body mobility; ability to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat and go up / down stairs
- Able to work on feet for extended periods of time with hands above the head
- Willing to be top-side technician cross-trained
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
