About The Position

As a Customer Service Advisor at Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC), you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, creating lasting impressions and building loyalty through exceptional service. This role involves using product knowledge to present oil change options and additional services, with comprehensive training provided to ensure success in communication and technical skills.

Requirements

• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable suggesting additional services to guests based on inspections.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Full mobility and ability to work with hands above head.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs.
• Fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.
