About The Position

Customer Service Advisor - Sales Do you have a passion for working with people? Are you based in the Sandown area? Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is looking for an Customer Service Advisor - Sales who's as passionate about great service as we are. Jewson are looking for a Customer Service Advisor - Sales to join the successful team at their Sandown branch. What you’ll be doing: Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson values Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible Use our in-house systems to process customer orders and payments, organise delivery times, update customer accounts and keep customers updated throughout their journey Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement Working hours are 07:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 08:00 – 12noon Address: Jewson, Avenue Road, Sandown, PO36 8DY What you’ll need to have: Enthusiasm - Positivity and unyielding passion for the merchant world.
