Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor / GST to be the first point of contact for our customers. If you love helping people, have a passion for cars, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you! You will also assist with general service duties such as oil changes, inspections and tire rotations etc.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license.
1+ year of automotive service; 1+ year of sales & or customer service experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Phone skills
Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.
Ability to work days, Saturdays, and holidays.
Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.

NC Inspection license helpful

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections.
Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
