Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service / sales
• A positive, energetic and contagious personality with the desire to work in a team centered environment
• Must be ok working outside in Arizona's 2 different seasons
• Flexibility to take training and coaching on the fly and apply to work specific scenarios
• Ability to effectively communicate and follow directions
• Willingness to follow company dress code and operational guidelines
• Awareness of safety due to heavy machinery at our locations

Responsibilities

• Be the first smiling face our customers see when arriving to our locations
• Identify customer needs through fact finding, open-ended questions and sharing enthusiasm when services are mutually agreed upon
• Overcome customer objections to help aid in seeing the value of our services
• Make customers aware of current promotions and incentives to do business with us
• Collaborate as a team to ensure our sites are operating at maximum efficiency while maintaining image standards
• Assist with customer payments and other inquiries
• Have fun and make money
