About The Position
As a Customer Service Advisor at Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC), you will play a crucial role in creating lasting impressions and building loyal customers. You will be the first and last face our customers see, and your interactions will significantly impact their experience. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize your product knowledge and services to present oil change options and additional services to our guests. You will become an expert on our products, services, and company knowledge, ensuring that you can communicate effectively with our customers and provide exceptional service under the hood.
